Foxy Floorwork
ENGLISH
Floorwork can be a sexy addition to any burlesque routine, but... how do I get down there, and what do I do once I am!? Lolita will cover all of that and more!
In this 90 minute (can be adjusted) workshop, Lolita will go over stretching and strengthening to build and sustain the muscles required for successful floor work, go over various transitions to and from the floor, and give you the tools to create smooth and sexy floor work that works for YOU. Lolita will always take in to consideration any difficulties you may have with knees, elbows, backs, and more.
Class will begin with a warm up, stretch and strengthening, and culminate in a short routine incorporating floorwork. Please bring kneepads, clothes that are easy to move in, and a water bottle.
